Custom-Built Training
4-5 week program
4-5-Week Training ($850): With such a short term program we’re really only able to hone in on really one specific thing for the dog. We will work directly with the owner on what needs to be focused on. We typically recomend this program with those seeking a better retriever. However we’re able to work on other specific attributes like (whoa, honoring, general obedience…) if you’d rather. The ($) per month rate will include all the training, but not the birds harvested for your dog.

2 Month’s
8-Week Training($1,700): With a shorter term program we try to work directly with the owner and narrow down what truly needs time and attention. In most cases we narrow down the training to focus on 2-3 direct traits to train.. (whoa, honoring, retrieving, general obedience…) The ($) per month rate will include all the training, but not the birds harvested for your dog.

3 Month’s
12-Week Training($2,550): Keeping the dogs for this length of time we cannot only achieve the most broad spectrum of training steps but also achieve more retention and produce a “Finished Dog” the 12-week program includes all field training, a conditioning program as well as general obedience. When signing up for this program you can expect your dog to be steady to wing as well as have a strong foundation in honoring and retrieving. Your dog will learn heel, walk-to-heel, and kennel commands. This program does not include the cost of birds harvested while training as well.
We ask that local Idaho clients come to visit us regularly to work directly with us and your dog for 1 on 1 sessions. This will allow us to go over both obedience work as well as field and hunting-based training, and teach you the methods of Elite Bird Dogs. We want to make the transition home as easy as possible with your newly refined bird dog. Our programs also include weekly pictures and videos, keeping our clients up to date with the progressions and hiccups their dog is experiencing.

General Obedience Training (1 Month)
General Obedience Training($650): Our general obedience program is simple, to the point, and very effective. It covers commands such as sit, woah, kennel, heel, walking heel, and stop to heel. We also are more than willing to work on any other special commands/training upon your request.

Started-Dog Program (3 Month’s)
Started-Dog Program ($2,550)
This is our introductory training program, and your dog must be at least 5 months old to perform in this program. It includes whoa, recall, gun intro, steady to flush, and natural retrieve. We will introduce whoa, and at the end of this program, your dog will not be whoa broke. However, it will have a great understanding that whoa means stop. We will have it collar-conditioned to recall. Your pup will also have a great gun intro and will be steady to flush. A unique part of this program is we simulate a “hunting trip” every other week. Your dog will go on an hour-and-a-half drive to where it will be trained in the evening, spend the night in its crate, and then be trained in the morning. This allows your dog to develop confidence in new scenarios, so when you take your pup on that hunting trip it'll be more elite than ever. The monthly fee does not include the birds harvested.
